I always thought that “paying attention” was/is important on the path. And in life as well, of course.
Paying attention to what is different and then questioning the “why” of that difference.
What is happening? And why is it happening?
These questions can help us tremendously even though we might not always get conscious or “visible” answers. We know something is at work—an evolving process—and questioning helps to acknowledge it and keep it going.
Inner questioning feels like a blessing of energy.
This week I was in touch with a person via email. I had two questions, one about that person’s children, and one about that person’s age. These were not important questions—I could have easily lived without their answers—yet I expressed them mentally and spiritually.
Somehow these two questions got answered one after the other.
Can we do that, dear Ones, reflecting on what we are doing and for what purpose?
Does it appeal to you?
This is what came to mind this morning as I read the weekly message of the Arcturian group.
Our mission is to shine our light, as high and as brilliantly as possible, so that others may follow and discover their own purpose.
It may not require any action, only a sense of beingness and oneness with all there is.
And while it may sound fairly simple, it is not that easy in the midst of the 3D reality we are immersed in.
Yet remembering why we came to planet Earth in this lifetime is important. We are, in many ways, divine messengers and bringers of Divine Light.
Galahad and the Holy Grail by Lesley Hickly
“Your job as a spiritually evolved person is to help mankind ascend out of three-dimensional energy and into frequencies that are higher and real. In order to do this, you must learn to see through the manifestations of duality and separation that have and still are presenting themselves so realistically. The third dimension can be likened to the lower rung of a very high ladder.
You have attained a consciousness of truth and are able to view the world with awakened and evolved eyesight which is why you are on earth at this particular time. You may think you are doing nothing if you judge by traditional concepts about what light work is, but light work is not and never has been limited to healers, channelers, shamans, and metaphysical teachers.
Light work is the automatic flow of higher dimensional energy in every ordinary aspect of life from those who have attained a high resonating state of consciousness.
Everyone who has attained this high level of spiritual awareness is a Light worker. You are here to silently and secretly be the Light as you live what may appear to others to be an ordinary existence. Your evolved consciousness automatically assists others to awaken to their own light which will eventually lift the balance of truth versus false in the collective.
Divine Consciousness is omnipresent and therefore every bit of Light you attain and carry in your consciousness has the power to affect anyone able to align with it. Someone ready and receptive to truth may shift to a new level of awareness simply by being in the presence of a truth filled consciousness. The receptive person may be far away across the world but because there is only ONE, they can be lifted by your awareness.
ONE is the key word–one Divine Consciousness. The truth you hold in your consciousness allows it to be available to anyone able to align with it. This is how Jesus healed, those seeking help aligned with and became one with his consciousness that held no belief in disease as a reality.”
This morning the tarot card Eight of Cups—an older man leaving a structure made of eight cups behind him as he walks away with a staff—reminded me that we are still in a time of letting go; letting go, purification and possibly healing.
Whatever makes spiritual sense in our lives at the moment.
Perhaps it is not enough to walk away, perhaps we also need to let go and make sure this or that issue is no longer going to haunt us. Because we sealed it where it belongs.
Seal rhymes beautifully with heal, doesn’t it?
The beginning of 2021, after a first month of cocooning and transition, appears to be the perfect time to do just that.
Who knows what the remainder of the year will have in its bag?
I am offering a Power of Eight initiative, based on Lynne McTaggart’s book, The Power of Eight, Harnessing the Miraculous Energies of a Small Group to Heal Others, Your Life and the World.
This group will be made of eight people. Every member of the group would choose an area to work on this year, such as health, relationships, career and so on, and we would take turn being the recipient of the healing intention.
It would require for eight of us to meet regularly—most likely every week—for no more than twenty minutes. Ten minutes would be spent sending a healing intention to one of us and ten minutes debriefing what we would have experienced.
The purpose of this Saturday’s gathering (February 6 at 2pm EST) is for me to introduce the concept and for all of us to agree on a day and time to meet.
I would need everyone’s email address in order to coordinate and send you a short pdf file explaining the process ahead of the meeting. If you are interested, please respond to this invitation and contact me at:
I have been reflecting on that question as we, in the northern hemisphere, look forward to the arrival of warmer weather and the return of new shoots of vegetation.
What is indeed growing under the surface of life?
Is there a parallel between a seasonal pattern and what the collective is experiencing at a higher level?
And where will it take us?
I don’t think the answers in themselves matter, as long as they lead to more questioning, greater inner awareness and more preparation for what is to come.
Some days seem to be more meaningful than others, carrying a special message, allowing us to move deeper in our inner journeys. I believe it is the same for all of us.
At times, it feels like something is being reborn, in the depth of our lives. It would make sense, knowing we’ve made a fresh departure after a long and tumultuous transition and entered a New Age.
Yet it is not always easy to make sense of what is not accessible to the eye, of what is only simmering at this moment in time.
We shall explore the mysteries of being human together again on Thursday, dear Ones.
In many regards, this week is meant to be an intense week; and yet I cannot seem to feel the subterranean turbulence that may create bubbles.
I therefore decided that the best place to be this week is within.
This is where truth lies, the one that will never trick us.
I also decided to look at what needs TLC—tender loving care—within. Can I hear a request from my inner child?
Is the gentle one ready to come out of hibernation?
When I look around in our garden, some flowers are forming little shoots, already emerging valiantly and sucking up the light.
What will emerge out of our lives this spring?
It is a good question to nurture as we prepare ourselves for warmer conditions.
I leave you with some wise words from the Arcturian group.
We are here, indeed, to evolve and bring much Love & Light to the planet.
Our mission never changed, and it never will.
“Evolution is simply the journey involved in awakening personal and collective consciousness to remember the reality of their true being. Attaining the consciousness of ONEness (not the intellectual knowledge of it) allows the qualities embodied within Divine Consciousness to flow and express through you in practical ways personal to your needs.
Hold your Light, stand in truth, and simply watch the movie. All is proceeding according to plan. Do not doubt.
Many of you are discovering that without effort you are suddenly understanding some deep truth that previously confused you. This is because you have shifted into alignment with that particular truth whereas before you were not. This indicates that even though you may think nothing is happening for you, it is. Release all remaining concepts about what spirituality should look or feel like. Once you intend to spiritually grow, the train leaves the station.
Do not attempt to restore those things that you have spiritually outgrown be it a relationship, a spiritual practice, or something material like a favorite food or entertainment. The dissolving of something familiar may cause you to feel sadness but know that everything real will manifest again in new and higher form which may or may not reflect your concept of how it should look.”
Please join Gilles Asselin for an exploration of what it means to “surrender.”
Gilles will offer a presentation about surrender, its importance as an inner practice, its benefits and the questions we may have at various stages on our life path.
Gilles will address questions such as:
• What do I mean by surrender? • Surrender and letting go • Why is it important to surrender? • To whom or what do we surrender? • Do we lose ‘anything’ by surrendering? • What are some of the obstacles to surrendering? • Surrendering to / aligning with Divine Will
The presentation will be followed by a Q & A session. Feel free to send Gilles questions ahead of time.
This event will take place on Zoom and will be streamed live on Facebook.
Not long ago, we started a fresh dance; one that will take us into another 365-days journey.
We climbed the mountain of 2020 and here we are, past the peak, envisioning new possibilities.
What will 2021 be made of?
That is still a mystery, isn’t it, as we polish aspects of renewal and rebirth in our lives.
If there is one thing I can feel though, it is a higher level of fluidity in the way we connect with folks. Spiritual fluidity if you will; more numerous and more significant synchronicities along the way.
I have experienced this a few times since the beginning of the year—a more profound sense of flow, of connection, with another human being.
A few words that I read a few days ago made me wonder about the importance and sweetness of relations, moving into this new age.
These words came from Martin Buber, the Austrian-Jewish philosopher.
In I and Thou, he wrote,
“In the beginning is relation,” as if revising the opening words of Genesis.
Author Roger Lipsey added a few comments:
“Buber writes that we inevitably categorize one another, find uses for one another, become again for one another “a He or a She, a sum of qualities” and lose awareness of the uncoercive dialogue at the very base of relationship. But the encounter of I and Thou can be renewed.”
I personally believe 2021 is the year where this renewal will flourish, moving us further away from any possible categorization.
